How to Manage Your Hootinanny Account

Managing your account is simple with Hootinanny. Whether you need to update your profile, change your password, or view your sales activity — we’ve got you covered.



Log In to Your Account

Go to My Account and enter your login info. If you forgot your password, click “Forgot Password” to reset it by email.



Account Settings

Once logged in:

  1. Click My Account in the top menu
  2. Access your Profile, Orders, Messages, and more

Things you can manage:

  • Change your email or password
  • Update your name and contact info
  • View and manage orders
  • See messages or conversations


Vendor Dashboard (If You’re a Seller)

If you’re registered as a vendor:

  • Click Vendor Panel under My Account
  • Manage your products, storefront, and order history

Notifications & Email Preferences

To adjust your email alerts:

  • Go to My Account > Profile > Notifications
  • Enable/disable alerts for orders, messages, and more


Payment & Payout Info

For vendors:

  • Go to your Vendor Panel > Finances to manage how you receive payments
  • Stripe is used to securely process and send payouts


Deleting Your Account

We hate to see you go, but if needed:

  • We’ll guide you through securely closing your account
